I disagree on some of this, but overall I agree with your accessed. I personally am supporting Hillary for some of the reasons you listed -- trying to reach towards swing voters, not casting herself as a leftist, etc. -- because I think it means she'd have a better shot of winning nationally. My fears about Obama are that he's too inexperienced and that if he gets the nomination he'll drive off some of the people in the center, the votes he'll need to win the presidency. And frankly I don't think we can afford another Republican president after the current administration.
But that's just me. I've never exactly fit squarely in with the Democrats anyway. ;)
