It is the central moral observation of my thoughts that the greatest evil comes from attempts to enforce an absolute/ideological good. The birth of "absolute" evil and malice was not as rebellion but as a reaction to rejection and judgement before the fact of wrongdoing. Hence, since one might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb, one might as well be damned for actual deeds rather than suspected ones.
(Apply the above passage to all situations that come to mind...)
And by the way, a rather good word for "goofball" is "dag"..........*snicker*
Seeing as I do ever-so-slightly tend to be one atimes, I won't complain if the slang gets tossed in my direction....afterall, if the shoe fits....then it must be on the other hand. >:)
