Nothin' like teamwork......*snickers*

Time to kick some ass-thete, eh? Make litter outta those litterati....?

Actually....goodness gracious, boys, you are the litterati....imagine that.....and well armed therewith.  When it comes to a battle of wits, the subversificacious shall in the end prevail, for they know exactly the right machinations to bring in the deus of the hour...yes, my sibs and I spotted the inscription on the lock of that archetypical treasure-chest last year, though all the rest of the world, it seems, is either too highbrow or too lowbrow to mix Latin with the 'subcanine' formula della commedia.....and let's just see how many coded words I can get into italics, okay....?

Not to mention the cosmic justice of it all--yes, there is a fine instinct for timing here, and over the hill comes riding the sole redeemer of Texas pride--there has to be at least one good guy out there to give that accent a non-nefarious side of the coin, when I'm doing my thing with all the accumulated voices and such.  Though that evil Texan millionaire recurring on "The Simpsons" is always a fun diversion to exaggerate, always shootin' off his guns ("Score one for the bad guys!!")...and anyone who sees nothing in that show has something a bit wrong inside them, I think......

Oh.  Well, for those of you who tuned in late, you missed the train of thought.  But....if you search via the keywords "beat", "trifecta", and "preternatural" (Anne Rice's favourite word, as we all know...), you might find something.  I'm not promising that you'll actually see it....but then, when have I ever spelled things out for you?

Still, if you get bemused or irked at this topicalitarianism, just check my other blog once I post there....

I'm thinking of starting a trend of Internet scavenger-hunting.......yeah....it'd be just like talking to me for real, only it'd go all over the 'net, from the sublime to the ridiculous and back again, traversing all fields, all fandoms, all territories of thought and deed and whatever the hell just ran through my mind and left its droppings--in short, das Glasperlenspiel--the glass-bead game of Hermann Hesse's novel, also known as Magister Ludi (The Master of the Game).  That was for intellectual and aesthetic meditation--thousands of people watching a train of thought of the highest concept spin itself out like a spider's web, move by move, thought and responsive thought.  Point and counterpoint and interaction--"the eternal dialogue", as my father used to call it half-Romantically.

Yes, it is an ideal, to have minds meet on such a plane.  That is the headiest kind of mental intercourse, almost surpassing the physical kind altogether at times...  "Great minds run in the same gutters," as I always say, and thanks be that they do.  Always good to know that somewhere, someone out there--even if not even in the same time or place--speaks your language.

And of course, mine's a bit of a polyglot....
